Sounds surprisingly akin to the expulsion of Adam and Eve from the Garden of Eden after EVE first ate the fruit from the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil. I'm sure many, if not all, ancient cultures have a similar mythology to explain good and evil. Curiously, women are the cause of it.
